Processing meat birds

I am looking for a butcher or facility to process meat birds. Would you have any referrals in the Southern California area? Thanks

You need local knowledge. It might help putting Southern California in your thread title. More likely to attract the right people.

But my first call would be to your county extension office. That's the kind of stuff they should be able to help with.
