Processing Quail today, Have a question.... **PICS!!*

Better yet, form a dish out of aluminum foil, melt some margerine and pour over them so as to have about a 1/4" deep bath for them to set in........get some cheap bacon strips and lay heavily across the birds to cover them...............cook them indirect heat on a charcoal grill until done, and have a meal-to-remember for a long time.

Ooooppps, I hope this post doesn't cause this thread to go to the recipe board like my last one about edibles.............
