Processing Welsummer Roos

I was wanting to know at what age to process Welsummers at? What feed should I give them to get a good size and tasting bird?

well around here most of us call good sized around 6-8 pounds. You're just not going to get that with a welsummer unless maybe he's over a year old, so if size is what you want that's your answer. Best tasting? well that's subjective . . . best tender vs meat ratio on a welsummer I would guess around 4 months old.
Feed . . . if you want a lot of fat for the dumpling pot load him up on corn, if you want the fastest growth possible give him meat bird grower.

Me; I would load them on corn and meat bird grower and butcher when they all started crowing.
