Any body know of a processor in upstate NY near Albany or Schenectady?

Check the Yellow Pages of your phone book under Proccessing...you may get lucky and find someone who does it.

I tried to find someplace that does proccessing here in our area and every place I checked on did everything but chickens. We're starting our first venture into home proccessing tomorrow...

The boys got a reprieve since Skip had a chance to work over-time all week.

I'm not sure who's more relieved, me or them.

They probably won't be so lucky this weekend, though, but we need to get it done.

Try Dines Farm in Oakhill NY.

But you're not going to get anyone in Albany to do it. I'm not sure what is up past Saratoga. You can always butcher yourself.

I'm in Worcester (about an hour west of albany) and go to dines.
