So a little background on my hen Lily is a 3-year-old BLR Wyandotte she prolapsed in 2020 and I got her clean up and she has been good sense.
Well until today she was prolapsed again but she also had an eggshell stuck within the prolapse I'm hoping she doesn't get an infection. I was wondering besides just keeping an eye on her is there anything else I can do for her. I am willing to take her to the vet if need be.

If it was broken, I would assume it broke inside. A human calcium tablet might help, and if you worry about infection, you can amoxicillin online. It is called Aqua Mox, and dosage is 125-250 mg given orally twice a day for 7-10 days. Here is a link for it:

Thank you.

The prolapsed tissue went back in after I cleaned her up a bit and gently guided it back in and stayed. Would the prolapse be caused by the stress of the egg?

Thank you.

Glad to hear the tissue went back in.
I would give her the Calcium for a few days to help with retention.

Pushing hard to expel the egg could have caused the prolapse, so you will want to monitor her. It's possible she may prolapse again when she lays her next egg.
