Prolapse? Umbilical cord? Ideas?

I don't know what this is or what to do. He or she hatched at 7:30 this morning. Any suggestions. This is my first time hatching eggs. Other two that hatched after this one are perfectly fine.

I'd leave that one in the incubator. It looks like it didn't absorb everything prior to hatching and should finish it up. It may take a few hours and may have a dried-up bump back there for a day or so. Don't mistake it for pasty butt.
