Prolapsed Vent HELP

My RIR hen I just noticed last night she had a prolapsed vent so I immediately moved her to the old small chicken coop and put three of the ones that are bare on there backs from the roosters in there also and this morning I soaked her vent and rubbed trying to get some poop off but not all would come off so I pushed it back into her cent and put hypocortizone cream on it (i think that's what it called ) using rubber gloves and took her back out and when I went to get calcium (tiny rocks)from the other coop it had already come back out so I pushed it back again NOT forcefully, and after church I came back and It was out again so I sprayed vetericyn on it and pushed it back and then put the cream on her vent again! And they were all mad that I'm not letting them out bc I don't want the RIR to eat and have to poop but she is pooping anyways and pushing the prolapse back out anyways and all I had was a tiny bit of scrambled eggs in there but the other hen that layed an egg I'm positive they ATE IT! So idk what to do, bc I don't want her stressed but but they all want out!! What do I do???

So this pic was this morning and I got some of that dark brown poop off and some off her feathers but there's only a tad on the end of the prolapse rn that I can't get off so I've been spraying it with vetericyn, pushing it back in and putting the cream on.
I also heald it in with a paper Towel for 10 minutes but a minute later it came back out!!!!.
Idk what to do! Any help I would appreciate

We had a hen that had a Prolapsed vent for I think 5 days before she held it in after putting it back dozens of times. The biggest thing is to reduce the swelling. We did Epsom salt soaks of her bum and hydrocortisone cream. It's best to seperate her from the rest so she doesn't get pecked. Don't give up and just try to keep her calm.

Separate her in a spare bathroom or dog crate with food and water on a warm towel. The other chickens will peck her vent since it is red. Keep the prolapse moist with ointment or cream, and hopefully when swelling has decreased it can go back in and stay. A daily warm soak in Epsom salts or soapy water would be healing and keep her clean. A dish pan or sink would work for that. It sounds like your rooster is overmating, and bothering the hens. So, you may want to separate him until he is a bit older. Or give them breaks from him.

Thankyou, that makes me feel better. She doesn't keep it in bc she keeps pooping and all I had was some scrambled eggs and she didn't eat them much

I put her in the spare chicken coop. I thought they would be ok bc I didn't see the hens messing with her, and she seemed normal. Her butt is kinda swollen in red but I know it's the prolapse bc it's ot bleeding. I don't want to but the other hens back in with the rooster bc we have five and r trying to heal up the hens backs

How many times a day should I push it back in?
I comes out every couple minutes, sometimes right when I come back from the other coop like 2 minutes and it's back out!

I'd worry about the soaks to reduce the swelling before trying. The other thing is to try and prevent her from drying out and getting crusty. The soaks in warm Epsom salt helped with that, as well as slathering her vent with RAW honey. It was literally the only thing that helped. After the swelling goes down, then try again.

So the first pic is before I soaked her. And the second is after I soaked her in Epsom salt and I started pushing it in. I can't gett all the poop off without pealing stuff that is supposed to stay so I'm spraying it with the vetercyn just so it doesn't get Infected.

Keep up the good work. She should come around, just keep at it.
