Prolapsed Vent in 7 day old chick.... PLEASE HELP!!!

This has been the worst day.... Trying to figure out if the girls do indeed have cocci. Their poo looked horrible in the last day and half. So I got the meds.... And unmedicated feed and started them... Now in looking at them I had 4 with pasty butts and when the cleaning was in process I noticed 2 of them have prolapse vents...
I think they had been straining to poo past the pasty butt. It was prolapsed before we tried to clean them.... So I just want to cry. .. ... So I have the 2 in a separate tub with the mediated water. Is this a death sentence if the vent doesn't go back in!? Can I use a bit of preparation H on them, or a hydrocortisone cream? How often should I do this or WHAT do I do? I feel like a total failure.... A bad mom. PLEASE HELP..

I wish I could help but at least wanted to reach out since I am dealing w the same issue. Ive been using prepH and warm baths. my girl looks really rough but shes still trying.
