pronounce d'Uccle?

It is dew-clay, but I confess that in my head I always think duh-uckle first.

Depends on if you're doing the actual French pronunciation or the messed-up American version. French would actually be "DEW-kluh", and you shorten the last syllable so it's not really pronounced, but with proper names, it always depends on the originator's intent. Took French for about five years.
 
DH used to make fun of mine and would call them Dookles, like Duke-els...LOL. So I now have a very bad habit of calling them that! But I believe it is pronounced "Doo-clay"
