Proof positive I'm spending too much time with the animals

Especially the puppy.
We went grocery shopping today. I forgot something a few aisles back and needed to go back for it.
Using a combo. of voice and hand signals I told DH to SIT! STAY!

What's worse, he did as I told him to. Good boy!

I have tried my horse to stay but he does not listen and my corgi sometimes does.

I've caught myself doing the same thing. And they respond quite well. The husband and kids that is ....lol The animals ... not so well

ive caught myself doing that to my boyfriend a time or two....he doesnt seem to like it so much

i get the "do you know who your talking to" look

I do that alot but with horse talk...like clucking to him abd say Woahhhh - easy boy LOL I can't make my DH lunge though

Lunging for respect works wonders on a horse...not a dh

My dh lives with a turkey call in his mouth and I can ask him a question and he will look at me all serious and "yelp" to me like he is answering.

I snap to signal my dogs alot. One snap is sit and two is down.
I find myself snapping at my SO alot.
Hes doesnt like it so much.
