I'm trying to determine the proper size killing cone for the Cornish Game Hens that you process around 5 weeks? I have some cones I use for my big broilers, but I think they are too big for the smaller game hens.
A suppliers name and cone size would be appreciated, i.e. cconly.com B2 or Featherman Gamebird cone.
