Protien sources for poultry

I'm wondering if anyone can share some sources of protein for birds that are inexpensive, and that they will eat.

If you are trying to give a quick increase in protein, but still feeding them normal feed, you can give them cat food. Also, game bird grower is high protein (at least at our feed store). I wouldn't give them high protein constantly though.
