Puffed up and weird noises

We have 2 year old Barnevalders. One of them has been really puffed up and is making a constant awkward low pitch cluck. I have a video that I can send for the noise but can't upload. The following pictures are the best I could get. She laid an egg today so no egg binding. Thoughts?

Is she broody and not know it? I had one that did that for a week or so before she sat on a nest.

That tail on the one on the right has the broody look--I can just hear her going cluck-cluck-cluck. Look at her chest and belly feathers to see if she has plucked her feathers out yet.
