Puffy Eyes, closed over, and scabby face.

Small backyard flock, mixed domestic breed hens and small chickens, youngest chickens 8weeks, all displaying symptoms dry scale type around eyes and comb, worst one has progressed to puffy eyes now can't see has discharge from eyes, still attempting food and water. Initial symptoms week prior to puffy eyes in small chicken.
No sign of Lice/Mites. Coop/yard is often treated for this. Unsure what this little chicken is suffering from?
