I have a Wyandotte that I’m thinking is a pullet. 13 weeks old, looks much different from my cockerel but also looks a little different from one that im
Certain is a pullet. Pullet or cockerel?

that’s why im thrown off. The body looks cockerel however the feather pattern is identical to my pullet and the head looks like my pullet too. This is my cockerel that was hatched the same day as this chicken.

Crossbeak can play into delayed developement, if I would lean any way at all I'd go with pullet.
 
Is there anything I should know about crossbeak? She has no problem eating or drinking and it doesn’t seem too severe.

It's not as severe as many I have seen.
As she ages things can change and she may need her beak trimmed to help her eat. Only time will tell how she will do.

The crossbeaks I have had also had other skeletal issues.
The longest lived one made it to 6 years old. When she molted you could clearly see one side of her entire body looked like it was shifted down and back.
While her beak wasn't severely crossed I did have to give her food as a wet mash. It wasn't much extra work at all. I simply add hot water to the feed and within 5-10 minutes it has absorbed it.
In fact even though she is gone I still give wet mash to the flock every morning.
