My naked neck pullet is acting odd. She is staggering when she does walk and more often falling onto her “knees” and sitting back on them. The ends of her comb are a little purple, too, but I’m not sure if that’s related. I don’t know what this is, please help.

Possibly Mareks, or something like botulism, or even cocidiosis. Have you given her a good going over?

Yes, as soon as I noticed. She has some mites but I’ve been dusting and we got permethrin yesterday. Her legs seem fine, the bones feel normal. Something very odd, though, that I noticed today is that my drake, who usually ignores all of the hens, has been attempting to chase and mount her whenever he sees her. Obviously she doesn’t appreciate this, and I don’t know why he’s doing it. She is my only naked neck but that’s never made a difference before..? Today she was the same- unsteady walking and slowly sitting back. She didn’t eat a lot except for some greens I gave her, and a bit tonight. She did not lay today. We got her from Tractor Supply so she probably is not vaccinated :(

Today she will not event properly- she is sitting back directly on her vent with her legs sticking straight out in front and her tail out back. Or she'll setback and slowly fall over and sit like that, cocking her tail to direct her as she slumps. She didn't lay yesterday either. I can get her to rock back to sitting on her front but only for a few minutes.
I don't know what this is. Please help, someone!

Still sounds like Mareks to me unfortunately. There's not much you can do. We personally cull any that we suspect to remove the carrier.

Perhaps @Eggcessive or @Wyorp Rock can give you better advice.

How old is she? It could be an injury from the drake trying to mount her, but Mareks could also be a possibility. Testing with a blood serum test sent here:
http://www.vetdna.com/or getting a necropsy after death by the state poultry vet is the only way to diagnose. I would start some vitamin B complex 1/4 tablet a day or give some Poultry Cell vitamins in case of a riboflavin deficiency. Keep her in a wire dog crate with food and water, close enough to reach it.

Can you gather her up and take a look all over her - including her vent?
How badly infested with mites is she?

It would be good to separate her out. Is she eating/drinking?

Photos of her and her poop?

I have done some research and I agree; I am pretty sure it is Mareks. From what I have read, the most humane thing to do would be to cull her as soon as possible (by cervical dislocation or decapitation) and then deep clean the coop and run.

I have already been monitoring the mites for a little while, and am taking steps. She is eating and drinking a bit today. Yesterday she did next to no eating and drank a little. Her poop is normal.

Here is some reading about Mareks:
