Pullet covered with poop?

It looks like my White leghorn likes to get covered with it, meanwhile my barred rock and Rhode Island are really clean, what I can do to keep her clean?

They are all the same age, it looks like she likes to sit and relax, meanwhile the others don't like to and they poop on her
