Pullet egg size

I have an Andalusian pullet who has been a reliable layer since late November but her eggs are still very small. Does this mean they're as big as they're going to get?

I think it was Macinabilene who said that his eggs get larger as he increases the protein in the feed.

My other Andalusian lays bigger eggs than her "sister" and my Wyandottes, which are older, lay huge eggs, so I don't think it's the feed.
