Pullet is acting strange

I checked the sticky for possibilities and still wonder if something else is the cause.

22 week old barred rock pullet started jerking her head back sometimes twisting it back. Otherwise acting normal. Poop, eating, drinking, laying-all normal. They are given grass, clover, and carefully screened food scraps that I know are chicken safe, and their litter is dry and fluffy pine shavings on dirt.

I saw that the sticky indicated it could be botulism or mareks. I wonder though since it came on suddenly and that is the only symptom and none of the others are showing signs; is it possible that the rooster hurt her while mounting her? How many of the symptoms need to be present to be positive that it is a disease?

The only way to be sure you have a specific disease is to get confirmation via a necropsy or blood work. Can you take a pic of her or short video to post, so we can see what it looks like? That would help. It's hard to picture based on the description.
