I went out to give my girls some treats and I noticed one of my young pullets is limping. Sometimes her toes will curl up. I felt her body and couldn't find anything other then some spots that I touched where she peeped like it might hurt a bit. Is it possible she might have a dislocation or a sprained leg? I separated her, she is eating and drinking just limping.

It could be an injury. I would place her in a dog crate with food and water, but within the coop with the others. Then when they are outside during the day, bring the crate outside. Put some poultry vitamins in the water in case of a vitamin deficiency. Evaluate her walking each day, to see if she is better or worse.

Have you considered Marek's disease as a possibility? I agree that vitamins might be a good idea.
