Pullet not doing well, can't see anything wrong

This morning I noticed my Faverolles pullet was making a loud "crooooonk" sound, almost like the egg song, but only one long yell. It sounds like a cry of pain. She walks around with neck stretched out looking at the ground. She ate some chick starter that I gave her after I noticed she wouldn't eat pellets, but only ate a very tiny amount. I examined her very closely and I can't see anything wrong. She is holding her wings down, too.

Does anyone know what this could be?

Now she almost can't walk. I don't know if anyone saw this thread last night. I think I'll have to cull her, which makes me sad, but I don't want her to suffer. I've let a couple hens suffer trying to help them, all to no avail. I don't want that again.
