Pullet not laying

Hi, maybe someone can help me out. I have 3 chickens (2 SLW 7 months and 1 Buff Brahma 2 yrs) the Brahma went through molting and I know she may not lay for another month or so? But one of my SLW started laying in October and has basically given me an egg a day. My other SLW hasn't laid at all... Why? I do not supply supplemental heat or light either.

Could just be time of year and her age combined, she may wait until spring. They all mature at different rates. The brahma may lay again sooner than later, or break until there are more hours of light.
