She's about two/three months old. I separated her from the rest, and gave her a buddy but she isn't perking up. She'll just slowly wander around and close her eyes. Please help! The ready of her group acted kinda like this when I put them outside for the first time, and they all got better. But yesterday she went back to it. She weighs about the same and her crop is full so I think she has eaten, I've put vitamins in her and I'm giving her some scrambled eggs, what else should I do?

Sounds like Coccidiosis, how's her poop?
If it is Coccidiosis, treat it with Corid for about 5-7 days. No added vitamins during treatment.

I agree with getting Corid right away and treating her and others for possible coccidiosis. She looks like a typical chick with the disease. Dosage is 2 tsp (10ml) of the Corid liquid or 1 1/2 tsp of the Corid Powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Stop vitamins while on Corid, then resume them for a few days.
