Pullet or cockerel? 13 week Easter egger

This is my first flock and I’ve hemmed and hawed over the Pullet/cockerel question!! This Easter egger, Fluffball, is a mystery to me. She/he is always first out and jumps on my shoulder anytime I go into the coop. She/he stands a little taller than the others but it was hard to capture on camera. Do I have a cockerel on my hands?
