Pullet or Cockerel

Is this a pullet or a cockerel? I'm not sure which hen from my flock I got the egg from. I'm not sure which hen in my flock gave me the egg for this one. The rooster was a first generation Easter Egger. It hatched under my brood hen on 7/25/2020.
I'm guessing pullet on this. I've been raising chickens for since 2014 and I still can't tell what they are until they crow or lay an egg.
