Pullet or Cockerel?

This chick is the first my own flock (yay me!). S(he) is about 5 weeks old. I’m leaning cockerel because that seems like a big comb for a young chick and it’s getting a lot of red in the wings…?
Dad is Cream Legbar, mom is black sexlink (RIRxBR)

Yeah, the pics kind of suck…I had seen other posts on here about how hard it is to get decent pics of chicks on your own. They aren’t lying, lol!
I will try to take more when I have some help

It's tough taking clear picture of active birds. They just don't stop.

When I zoom in I see the comb is large but not super red yet, just color at the base. I'd watch for the next couple weeks, but you're probably right in your assumption she's a he.

Am I supposed to add onto this post to figure out the gender of my chicken or do I start a new thread altogether? (Even though I joined 5 year ago, I never used BYC much since I had a lot of in person friends with chicken experience.)
My husband and I are debating the gender of this 8-9 week old Gold Laced Wyandotte. Would anyone care to weigh in?

LOL! I had no idea there was a good way to take pics My husband and I just wanted to make sure we showed off his/her beauty in case our next stop is the sale website ... so sad. I will try starting my own and see if that gets me anywhere. Thanks for the tip!
