Pullet or cockerel

My daughter and I are new to chickens, we bought Barred Rock chick's in December for 4h, so the chickens are now 9 weeks old. The one in the picture I think is a pulled but not sure, it has not tried to crow like the other 3 have..
The pictures with the darker pullets, question they are a bit smaller and darker... is this normal?

Individual pictures would be good but I'm guessing you have 2 cockerels

We have 6 hope to have 3 hens and 3 cockerel so she can do a pair for fair
