Pullet or Cockerel

I know a lot of people ask this question but wondering opinions

if this one is a pullet or Cockerel. It is 8 almost 9 weeks old and no signs of crowing. Supposed to be bantam as it was in a straight run group of bantams but it looks almost the same size as our leghorn of the same age. We just gave his buddy away as he already started crowing at 7 weeks but was a different breed.

At this point I would guess pullet.
