Pullet or cockerel?

He/she is 14 weeks old BYM. (The more brown one) the blacker one is definitely a roo, he crows. For a while we thought it was a girl but now I’m thinking maybe slow maturing rooster. Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes they are both cockerels

Both are 100% cockerels. They have red shoulders, male hackle and saddles feathers coming in, and big red combs and wattles.
