Pullet or cockerel?

11 weeks old easter egger. Behavior and size are no different but feathers looking somewhat suspicious. Thoughts?

I ordered hens but they sent a spare chick with the 10 and I was secretly hoping that one would turn out to be a cockerel. My husband didn't really want a rooster but I kind of did . Either way I'll be happy. He's a star trek fan so he wants to name it Jean Luc Peckard if it is a boy. LOL.
