Pullet or roo and impacted crop?!?

Angel face is nearly a 4 week old barred rock. I noticed this lump on the chest today and wonder if this is an impacted crop and also if this is a roo or pullet?

Cockerel.
Crops can and do get pretty large. It does look kind of big, but they do sometimes.

Definitely a cockerel. Thick legs and already getting red comb n wattles.
