Pullet or Roo Orpington?

I've been curious if one of my buffs happen to be a roo. They are 3 weeks old, and although the comb hasn't started to turn pink, she seems to have some rooster qualities. I've attached pics of her. She was about half the size of her sister but supposedly had the same hatch date, as well as feathering slower in the tail. Also loves to stand tall and stretch out. She's the nosiest buff I've ever had as well! Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

His or her yellow legs mean it is not an Orpington, but probably a buff Plymouth rock instead. I agree that it is too young to sex. 7 weeks is a good time, usually.
This might actually answer all my questions. Thank you for the insight!
