That nn is very cute.... I'm the worst at sexing chickens so dont take my advise, but I had a "pullet" with a similar comb, and now hes my favorite roo

It's very early to start guessing but the legs and comb development say cockerel.

If it’s 3-4 weeks old with a comb like that it’s definitely a cockerel.
