My 16 week old pullet seems to be unsteady on her feet. She stumbles alot and seems weak, she's also been drooping her wings but I think that may be due to the heat. I think she's a little thin but not super skinny. Currently treating for coccidiosis once I'm finished with that I'll treat her for worms. Anything else I can do to help her gain strength and weight?

Where are you located in the world?

Can you post photos of the pullet and her poop?

What do you feed, including treats?

How hot is it? How is she being kept? Photos are welcome.

What are you using to treat for Coccidiosis? Product name, dose and duration.

Since she's on a Coccidiostat, I'd work on her drinking very well. If you think she's overheating, move her to a cooler place.

I'm in Australia. I feed her egg layer feed or pullet crumble and for treats she gets fruit and veg scraps, scrambled egg and dried mealworms. It's pretty hot during the day, as high as 38°C some days. Unfortunately where she currently is, is the coolest place I can put her.

Layer feed is not good for her until she is laying, or at least 20 weeks old. She should only get a chick starter grower feed now. Make sure that she is drinking the treated water, and keep the area dry and clean as possible.

Once you finish treatment with the Coccidiostat, get her started on vitamins for a few days.

I agree, I'd stick with a Chick Starter or an All Flock feed for the pullets until they come into lay.

I believe that was also pointed out last month in another thread you had made when you had concerns.

At 9 weeks old the juveniles should be eating a chick starter or an all flock/flock raiser type feed that is 18-22% protein. Often layer feed has too much calcium and is lacking in protein for growing birds.

It's the wet season here so it's impossible to keep her area dry but I've been doing my best to keep it clean.
