I have a 6 month old pullet that can't use her legs at all to walk. I can carefully move them into a sitting position but she will not keep them there. I've treated her with Selenium, Vitamin E, and B Complex plus she has 27% game bird starter grower. I built her a high chair that she sits in during the day with a food and water dish that she uses and she sleeps laying on the floor at night because she has managed to somehow get out of her chair and fall on the floor at night. She seems happy with us and talks a lot to us or at us. She was injured by a gang of roosters her age about 2 months ago I think. Her wings got completely cured but neither leg has responded to the meds or gentle massages of her thighs & legs.

Does anyone have experience in helping a pullet of this age get completely healed and if so how? All I can think to do now is to soak her bottom half in a deep dish pan of Epsom salts warm water while massaging her legs and holding them folded for a little while several times a day. She shows no sign of any pain. I'll take care of her as long as I am around to do it.

If she sustained head and neck trauma in the attack that damaged nerves and muscles a custom made walker would allow her to sit standing up with little weight on her legs until she is stronger.
Thanks!
