Advice Please! I have a pullet (rhode island red) that has had one leg that seems to be out of joint. This has been the case since she was 3 weeks old. She is not able to put weight on it and just drags it around. I kept thinking she would learn to use it, but as she gets bigger it becomes more of a problem. The leg splays out to the side and the foot is beginning to curl, but she has good circulation in it. Should I amputate? Would she survive this? She is in with 5 others her age at this point. Any other ideas?
