Pullets and eggs per day ....

I have a RIR pullet that has laid 2 eggs this week. One on Tuesday and one on Wednesday. Nothing today. Is this normal for pullets when they start to lay? I have 2 RIR pullets and only 1 is laying although both squat. The one that is laying squats way better than the one that is not laying yet. It's been a while since I had pullets and I can't remember if skipping a day here and there is normal when they are starting to lay.

I did get an egg today. Just much later than I expected! She laid it sometime after 5pm! Now if only my other girls would lay!

When they start laying it may be a bit erratic at first as their bodies adjust.
