So I added 4 BCM and 2 bantam Cochin hens in with my 10 wk old babies outside. I have a BCM rooster to add in but not sure when I can safely do this with the 10 week olds... Any ideas?

Is it possible to keep them all somewhere that they can see/smell/hear each other, but not actually reach each other? Maybe your pen already provides this. My suggestion would be to let them get used to that for a while before they are really integrated. I haven't had much experience integrating birds. But I also haven't had any problems.

We had a flock of 7 month old chickens, including several roosters, when we ordered day old turkeys and guineas. We have a pretty big coop and just brooded them all with the chickens. We used chicken wire to divide the coop, kept the babies in a rubbermaid until they were big enough not to fit through the chicken wire. When the keets started flying out of the enclosure, we took the whole thing down. They were probably only 4-6 weeks old.

Our roosters were all really good with the babies. They would find food for them with as much enthusiasm as for the hens. The turkeys especially were super curious and would peck at everything, including the roosters combs and wattles. The roosters would just stand there and let them do whatever they wanted. The hens acted kind of indifferent to the situation.

Well I already have the hens integrated with the chicks and they're all doing fine. The hens are super sweet to the babies. My issue is just adding the rooster. I'm afraid he will mount the babies and hurt them. Granted they are a good size and all but I just don't know how it will go over
