Pullets chasing kids?

I have 13 chickens, 11 of which are pullets. They are all about 10wks old. I have this one EE, whom I consider "special." She has always been extremely standoffish, but recently if one of my kids turns their backs, and runs, she immediately starts running after them. She brings her head down like she's about to attack. Then my kids will turn around and she runs away.

I'm just not sure of her behavior & if I need to watch her w/my kids or not. She just kinda makes me nervous, since they are all getting much larger...Thanks!

my EE's are smaller than the rest of my chickens so it might just be that if yours is the smallest she is trying to be dominate over at least one other creature in your case a kid who is all ready retreating. its prolly just a confidence booster for her
