pullets don't like laying pellets?

I got some laying pellets today for my newly-laying pullets and it seems they don't really care for them. I was feeding them straight scratch before so i guess they are just gonna have to get used to it?

They will, eventually. When they get hungry enough I guess.

You can also wet them slightly and see if having the pellets softened with the moisture makes them more attractive. Doesn't always work, but often does. In any case, give a day or two and they'll gobble them down. Chickens don't normally commit suicide by self starvation.
