Hello there ,I have a question ,My turken pullets started to lay a couple of days ago,is it possible to use those eggs for my incubator? I know they are fertile because there are 4 roosters .

1. It is not recommended to hatch the small pullet eggs. The eggs are to small for a good healthy chick.

2. Just because they are with roos doesn't mean they are fertile. You need to watch the eggs as you use them for the signs. I suggest the following thread:

I like to wait a month or more because the reproductive system can take awhile to work the kinks out. You tend to get more double yolkers and eggs with blood/meat spots with new layers.
