Pullets not coming out of coop

My 9 week old pullets and one cockerel spent their first night in the coop. We put their water and food in the run. The cockerel came out first thing this morning but the pullets won’t come out. I know to leave them alone and they will come out when they are ready. But what about their food and water? I really don’t want to put them in the coop, or should I?

I would put it in the coop for the first several days. They will become familiar with the house and start venturing out but probably not for at least a few days.

All my chickens came out of the coop this morning. Yippee!!
