Pullets or Roos?

Wondering out loud....our birds are about 17 weeks old, and wondering if hens have small (spurs) on the inside of their legs, or does that definitely mean they are roos?
No other positive indicators either way...please help

All chickens have small spir buds and it takes a while for real spurs to show up.

Just like in the chat, yes. Pullets and hens can have spurs as large as a males'.

Usually, they're smaller, but some grow to large sizes.
