Pullets or Roosters

I got 4 Orpington chicks and they are 12 weeks old now. The black one is a pullet and the buff one is clearly a rooster and was practicing crowing when he was 2 weeks old!
I was hoping the other 2 are pullets, what do you all think?

I think they might be all cockerels, unfortunately, that's an awful lot of comb and waddles for 12 weeks.

Oh my, 12 weeks? I also think they all might be cockerels because of the combs/waddles. I'm not good at ID'ing by feathers, but those neck feathers look pointy.

I honestly think they might all be cockerels too. At 12 weeks, their combs and waddles should still be very small and pale.
