pullets picking on each other

what can i do to help stop the picking on each other. there in a pen but havit went outside to there run there 18 weeks old

Enough space.
A way for them to get away from each other.
Give them something to relieve boredom- treats to keep them occupied.,
Sometimes they'll peck at each other because they need more protein in their diet.
They also seem to be attracted to the color red. If there are wounds or blood showing, you may need to seperate or treat with blue-Kote? or something like that.
