Pullets vs cockerels

I am sure this question has been asked thousands of times but can you tell me......I have 3 week old chicks how can I tell the girls from the boys?

it's probably a little early yet. 4-5 weeks is when they start to really show who is who.

'some of us .....' So im a newbie here, have 6 - 4 week olds, building my coop...and yes i'll get some pictures up...BUT, I get a kick out of all of these 'is this a roo' questions....Im just curious as to how accurate these predicitons are....you guys have had me thinking at one time or other that all of my chicks are roos....dark legs, short tail feathers, long tail feathers, pink comb, big, small, etc etc etc......I get a kick out of it. This is a great site with tons of excellent information. What have i gotten myself into??
