Hi, I am new to raising chickens. I got 2 Cinnamon Queens and 2 Cuckoo Marans last week. The place I got them from said they are pullets, what are the chance of them being wrong? Here are a few pics of them, agr 4 weeks

Well, it's a little too early to be sure for these chicks, but I do think that one of the Cinnamon Queens has a slightly bigger comb than the other. Maybe you could post some update pics at about 5-7 weeks. :) Beautiful chicks

cinnamon queens are a sex link--red sexlink. you don't go by comb with them but with feather coloring- Looks like a cockerel

Cinnamon queens are sexlinks, so they should be reddish, but there can be some variation in the red-ness. One of mine had such a large comb when she was younger, I thought she might be a roo, before I knew they were sexlinked. For the Marans, they're too young to tell.
However, if you got them from a reputable hatchery and ordered pullets, they are probably pullets. The accuracy for the type of sexing used by hatcheries is 90%

Thank you...I hope that this place is correct, they have a reputation for being correct, but ya never know when the "new" guy/gal gets to sex the chicks lol
