How does the whole shipping thing go for chickens? Never done it

Well I am not exactly sure about chicks that are a few weeks old. I have had day olds sent to me from a hatchery before. I know shipper has to have NPIP certificate.

You can't "technically" ship chicks at this age. I know people do but USPS rules say only adult birds and day olds
