Pure FBCM?

I hatched what I was told are three pure bred BCM, however this one is very different. She has white in her wings and tips. Her siblings are very different with copper all around their necks and she other than the white is all black. Any ideas? Is she a mix?

From the above picture her legs look to be the correct color. I think she is pure. I suspect once she has her first adult molt she will molt out the off-colored feathers.
