Purebred silkie or mixed?

I supposedly got a buff silkie rooster but he isn’t getting any fluffier and looks like he could me mixed with something anyone know what he is?

Looks like a hatchery quality Silkie.

He could be purebred, if he is he is just really poor quality, he has red leakage on the comb and like zero fluff.

Good luck! My daughter ordered from Tractor supply for my birthday and they sent me 10 silkies that turned out to be black Cochins and barred rocks
